Serving the community on Thanksgiving Day came to be from a single thought of concern for the homeless, elderly and the sick and shut-in in our community and how they would be unable to receive a hot, home cooked meal, especially on Thanksgiving Day. So, in 2013, the process began by putting together a loving and commited team of volunteers who did not mind sacrificing time with their families in order to come and serve. Local churches helped and continue to help with this effort. By the grace of God, we have gone from serving approximately 100 citizens in 2013 to over 800 in 2017. We look forward to the numbers increasing. In addition, companies and other organizations such as MarJac, Fieldale, and the local food bank assist us with this great cause. We are all dedicated to continue this effort in order to ensure that the homeless, the sick and shut in, the elderly and various Help Organizations in Hall and surrounding counties receive a warm Thanksgiving Day meal on Thanksgiving Day. We deliver to anyone on this day who may be in need of a meal. Please visit our Contact page to contact us with any questions.
